How Should I Ship Back My Return?
- Check that all of the parts you wish to return are included in your RMA e-mail.
- We recommend that you send your item back using a shipping service that offers insurance and a tracking number. This way, you are protected in case of loss or damage.
- All returns should be able to be tracked from the time you ship your return until it is signed for on the dock.
- Please make sure to clearly write the correct RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
- Please do not write on the “boxes” your parts come in as your product will not be considered “resalable”.
- All returns are freight prepaid by the customer. We do not offer return shipping reimbursement regardless of the party at fault.
- we accept Return for new products. This includes products that are opened.
- the Return window will take a maximum of 3 days.
- Customers near our store location will do in store return.
- Customers not found in our location will return via mail.
- the currency for return is United States Dollar (USD).
- The return label will be included in the package.
- We give a fixed cost of $30 for restocking fee.
- After we receive the package the customer will receive refund within 7 business days maximum equal to a week.
